We have commercialized two types of temperature sensors: an ultra-small platinum resistance element with a platinum resistance wire wound around an ultra-fine glass core and an ultra-small thermistor with a fine ceramic chip encapsulated in glass. The features of these products are that both of them can measure and control temperature as long as there is space to process Φ0.7 placement holes. Please use them for temperature control of micro devices and experience their high response speed, long-term stability, and excellent thermal shock resistance.
What is a thermistor?
A thermistor is a substance whose specific resistance changes significantly as temperature rises.
The conductivity of p-type semiconductors is very sensitive to temperature, and when the temperature rises by 50°C, the specific resistance decreases by a factor of 10.
Therefore, if a DC power supply and an ammeter are connected to the p-type semiconductor oxide, it becomes a precision thermometer that can measure temperature in a small area.
This thermometer is used in temperature sensors for electronic thermometers, microwave ovens, rice cookers, refrigerators, air conditioners, copy machines, and bidet to control temperature.
